I'm Mohsin Mustafa. I run marketing and growth for a UAE fragrance retailer that scaled from 1 store to 9 in under a year, where I owned marketing, Shopify ecommerce, merchandising, CRM, and retail execution across every location. Before that, I built international growth functions inside EdTech and SaaS, scaling admissions 300% year over year and lifting conversion from 1.3% to 4.8% across teams in MENA, North America, the UK, and Asia. I've also been part of growing my family's stationery retail business across Mozambique. I hold an MBA from Bangalore and a BBA from Mumbai. I don't advise on growth from a slide deck.
